Industry, community, and the future of screen technology

The Royal Television Society (RTS) is a UK charity dedicated to advancing public education, creativity and innovation in the art, science and technology of television.

With His Majesty The King as its Patron, the RTS plays a vital role in supporting emerging talent, fostering industry dialogue and celebrating excellence across the screen industries.

I’m proud to be a Digital Innovation Bursary Scholar and a Committee Member of the RTS Technology Centre, where I contribute to initiatives exploring the future of broadcast technology and creative production. My involvement allows me to support accessibility, mentorship and the development of new voices in film and television.

RTS Technology Centre

Exploring innovation and the future of broadcast technology

The RTS Technology Centre brings together engineers, technologists and creatives to explore the systems, workflows and innovations shaping the future of broadcast and screen production.

As a Committee Member, I contribute to discussions and initiatives that bridge creative practice with emerging technology — from production tools and infrastructure to accessibility, automation and new forms of storytelling.

Being part of the Technology Centre allows me to stay connected to the technical heart of the industry while supporting the RTS’s charitable mission to educate, inspire and widen participation across the media and technology sectors.
